We collect account information you provide (name, email, company), call data processed on your behalf (audio, transcripts, phone numbers, outcomes), and usage and device data collected automatically when you use our services.

We use information to provide and improve the services, place and receive calls you configure, generate transcripts and summaries, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account.

3. Call recordings & transcripts

When you operate an AI agent, we process call audio to provide the service. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction. You control retention and can request deletion of call data at any time.

We share data with vetted sub-processors (telephony, speech, hosting) solely to deliver the services, and never sell personal information. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. You can configure shorter retention windows for call data in your settings.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
