Terms of Service

Last updated May 30, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zentring's websites, products, and services. By using Zentring, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Zentring lawfully and to obtain all consents required to place and record calls. You may not use the service for fraud, harassment, unsolicited calling in violation of law, or any prohibited content.

3. Compliance with calling laws

You are solely responsible for complying with applicable telemarketing, consent, and privacy laws (including TCPA where relevant). Zentring provides tools to help, but compliance remains your responsibility.

4. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed based on usage and any subscription you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

5. Service changes

We continuously improve the service and may add, change, or remove features. We will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during your term without notice.

6. Intellectual property

Zentring and its licensors own the service and all related IP. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zentring's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Certain provisions survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
